Hazardous Tree Removal

Hazardous trees are defined as trees that are located in difficult areas for removal and pose a potential hazard. Potential hazards could be anything from the current stability of the tree, species, age, and health to the location of the tree – over a structure, road or power line.

Trees Unlimited is very experienced in hazardous tree removal and trees located in difficult areas for removal and can diagnose and eliminate a potential disaster. We take extreme care and use several safety measures which prevent damage to property and provide a safe environment for the removal.

Complex Climbing

Primarily involves complex situations which includes large trees, trees in proximity to structures and variable weather conditions. Our techniques include setting false anchor points, foot locking and using climbing spikes. Crane services include false crotches, trunk wraps and lowering services.

Mastication – Fuel Reduction

Mastication basically means “Chew”. A Masticator is a machine that is built for cutting through Manzanita, saplings, buck brush and so forth. A Masticator leaves only mulch in its path. Think of it as an aggressive weed eater! Mastication reduces fuels that could lead to a potential, catastrophic fire.

Government & County Projects

We are equipped to work on both large and small scale projects. From road clearing, county parks, state parks to tree trimming, removal and clearing of fuel around power poles. We are Fully Licensed, Bonded, Insured, Reliable, and Capable.

Fire Safe | Defensible Space

We can assess your property and remove brush, fuel and vegetation along with trimming trees and selective tree removal to provide a fire safe defensible space parameter for your home.

Ornamental Trimming

Ornamental Trimming is the selective removal of limbs and branches to reduce the risk of breakage. This allows the wind to flow through instead of against the bulk of the tree, allowing the weight to be redistributed throughout the tree. With proper maintenance, your valuable trees can be both healthy and beautiful for years to come.

Full Service Chipping & Removal

On site chipping. We don’t like loose ends. We can pile it, broadcast it, or haul it away. You choose. We can also remove any unwanted wood.

Snow Plowing

We truly do enjoy helping our neighbors. Snowstorms can be both beautiful and treacherous. When it snows, we are here to help with plowing, vehicle assistance and hazardous tree removal.
